This Bolo is meant to represent a 19th century American Indian Chief, showing the stern determination and calm resolve that was common in so many of their faces. It is meant to be a celebration of our proud heritage and a tribute to their resolve in the face of suffering.  

The face is hand sculpted using colored porcelains then the details were china painted.  It is mounted on a hand finished teak base sealed with wax.  It is hung on a braided leather cord with sterling silver eagle tips.
